A volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership guides operations at Southlands Riding Club, and the facility's day to day functions are overseen by an on-site Manager and staff. All Board members are full senior members of the Club, and a non-voting Junior/Intermediate Representative and Parent Representative also provide input at regular Board meetings. Elections are held annually at the Club's AGM, with Directors serving two-year terms to a maximum of four consecutive years. The Board's mandate is to guide and ensure the continuing future viability of Southlands Riding Club, while serving the best interests of its membership.

Office Hours: Every day 9:30am-5:00pm

With a small staff, individual staff members' hours and days of work can vary, and depend on events at the club. We do our best to ensure coverage and accessability to our members. You can usually find our SRC staff members on the job at the following times:

Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
