Alison is a certified level III coach and a Grand Prix Dressage rider/trainer, who has been long listed on the Canadian Equestrian Team in 1996, and in 1997. With her horse Provado, they were the 1998 Reserve Canadian National Champion-Grand Prix Freestyle. With her horse Vienna, she has also had success in the show ring, placing in the top five in Canada  1999-2000 (Basic Division), 2002 BC Regional Champion (Medium 3), 2003 BC Regional Reserve champion (fourth level) and showing FEI in the Pam Am Qualifiers finishing 14th in Canada. Alison also has achieved the USDF Bronze and Silver Medals for First Level to PSG.

Alison started riding in 1982, and has trained extensively for many years with Christine Howes and Dietrich Von Hopffgarten.  She happily teaches students from beginner to advanced levels, and specializes in Kurs (choreographed rides to music).
