We will be indoors, with the below amenities:
- Tables provided if needed (or bring your own!)
- Chairs (1 or 2 per table - limited quantity) Please bring your own if you have them
- Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate for vendors
- Refreshments and snacks available for purchase
- Social media blasts
- Club newsletter mentions
- Clubhouse for vendor warm up and washrooms
- Portable toilet facilities for vendors and the public
- Portable propane heaters throughout the space

Indoor Riding Ring - Surface is dirt.
Set up available Saturday November 22 2025 from 4PM-7PM or Sunday from 8AM-9:30AM

1 Table Space - $150 (6' table)
2 Table Spaces (10x10 area)- $200
* Mobile Vendor Space: Limited outdoor trailer spots will be available at this event for a cost of $250; basic electrical hook-up is provided (110v); all trailers must be moved in by no later than 8am on the morning of the event (move-in the night prior is strongly encouraged).

Please note that application does not guarantee acceptance into the Market. With limited space and a desire to ensure unique and local products, all applications will be reviewed to ensure they are in keeping with the goals of the Market and the Riding Club.
