INTERIM GENERAL MANAGER

After 20 years in non-profit leadership in both Canada and the USA, in 2008 Don founded the Cadence Consulting Group to support and resource small to medium sized non-profits in transition. Based in White Rock, BC since 2020 after 22 years on Vancouver Island, Don has held interim, transitional leadership and organizational coaching roles in dozens of non-profits. 

Since 2018 Don has been enjoying his new status as Poppa to Neal (6) and Jasper (3).

OPERATIONS mANAGER

Lorraine brings many years of experience in administrative and project management efficiencies to SRC.

Her horse experience has been geared mostly toward trail riding, and camping with horses in the mountains.
